Cedrus Investments is strategically expanding its operations in Hong Kong and the Greater China region. During the Fall of 2010, Cedrus opened an office in the heart of the financial district in Hong Kong. Within the next twelve months, the firm is planning to launch several offices in mainland China. In entering the China market, Cedrus has four goals:

Introduce innovative, value-added investment products to the local investment community; |

Leverage the firm’s experience in the technology and finance industry; |
| III. |
Serve as a bridge between our clients, leading foreign institutional investors, and the Asian markets; and |

Identify promising investment opportunities in the region that enable our clients around the world to capitalize on the growth in this very important region. |

Cedrus’ strategy in entering a new market is to become part of the local community.
